1. Cyclora’s Commitment
Cyclora has a zero tolerance policy towards child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSEA) on its platform. We are committed to maintaining a safe environment and taking all necessary measures to prevent, detect, and act against any form of content or conduct involving the exploitation or abuse of minors.
2. Scope
This policy applies to all Cyclora users, including:
- Individual users (cyclists, bicycle owners)
- Commercial users (shops, workshops)
- Account administrators
- Any person who interacts with the platform
3. Platform Target Audience
Cyclora is a bicycle management platform designed exclusively for users aged 18 and over. Our services include inventory management, digital property cards, maintenance, electronic invoicing, and tools for bicycle shops.
We do not intentionally collect data from minors and our services are not directed at children.
4. Prohibited Content and Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited on the platform:
- Uploading, sharing, storing, or distributing any type of child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Using the platform to contact, lure, or manipulate minors for purposes of sexual exploitation (grooming)
- Sharing content that sexualizes, objectifies, or endangers minors
- Using the platform to facilitate, promote, or coordinate any form of child sexual exploitation or abuse
- Using the platform for trafficking or trade of minors
- Creating accounts with the intent of contacting minors for inappropriate purposes
5. Prevention Measures
5.1 Age Verification
- All users must be 18 years or older to register
- We reserve the right to request identity and age verification
5.2 Content Moderation
- We implement automated filters to detect potentially illicit content
- All content uploaded to the platform (bicycle images, documents, property cards) is monitored
- Manual review of content reported by users or flagged by the system
5.3 Platform Design
- The platform is designed for bicycle management and does not include social messaging features, chat between unknown users, or public profiles that facilitate contact between adults and minors
6. Reporting Mechanisms
6.1 How to Report
If you encounter content or conduct that may constitute child sexual exploitation or abuse, you can report it through:
- Direct email: [email protected] (priority response)
- Alternative email: [email protected]
- Within the platform: Using the “Report” function available in the application
6.2 Report Information
When filing a report, include as much information as possible:
- Description of the content or conduct observed
- Username or account identification involved
- Screenshots or evidence (if it can be done safely)
- Date and time of the incident
6.3 Confidentiality
All reports are treated with strict confidentiality. We will not disclose the identity of the reporter to the reported person.
7. Response Procedure
Upon receiving a report or detecting content or conduct related to CSEA, Cyclora will act as follows:
7.1 Immediate Action (within the first 24 hours)
- Removal of content identified as potentially illicit
- Immediate suspension of the involved account as a precautionary measure
- Preservation of evidence for competent authorities
7.2 Notification to Authorities
Cyclora will report to competent authorities in accordance with applicable legislation:
- Colombia: Colombian Family Welfare Institute (ICBF), National Police (CAI Virtual), Attorney General’s Office
- International: National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) when applicable, and competent authorities in the user’s country
- Report line in Colombia: 141 (ICBF Line) or Line 122
7.3 Cooperation with Authorities
Cyclora will fully cooperate with authority investigations, providing:
- Records of the involved account
- IP addresses and access data
- Stored content relevant to the investigation
- Any other information requested by court order or legal requirement
8. Consequences
Violations of this policy will result in:
- Permanent termination of the account with no possibility of reactivation
- Permanent ban from creating new accounts on the platform
- Report to competent authorities with all available evidence
- No refunds on active subscriptions
- Legal action when applicable
9. Training and Awareness
- Cyclora’s team handling content reports receives specific training on identifying and managing CSEA cases
- We maintain updated protocols in accordance with international best practices

This policy is based on:
