Boronda Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 15, 2026
Version: 1.0

Application: Boronda

Responsible entity: Cyclora App Tech

Privacy contact: [email protected]

1. Scope

This policy explains how Boronda accesses, collects, uses, shares, retains and deletes information when you use the mobile application and related services.

2. Data we may process

  • Account: Boronda currently does not require an account or sign-in.
  • Count records: categories, quantities, notes, dates, session duration and information you choose to enter.
  • GPS and location: if you enable GPS during a session, Boronda may request foreground location permission and associate coordinates and approximate accuracy with count events. We do not use background location.
  • Device and diagnostics: operating system, app version, technical identifiers and events needed for security, operation and troubleshooting.
  • Advertising: Boronda will use Google AdMob. When the installed version displays ads, Google and its partners may process advertising identifiers, device information and usage signals according to their policies and your consent choices.

Boronda does not request contacts, microphone, calls or messages to perform counts. GPS is optional, and denying permission does not prevent counting. If a future version requires another permission, we will explain it before requesting it and update this policy.

3. How we use data

  • Provide and maintain counting and session organization features.
  • Protect the app, prevent abuse and troubleshoot errors.
  • Measure technical performance and improve the experience.
  • Show ads through AdMob while respecting applicable consent choices.

The current version works locally on the device: remote synchronization is not active and count records are not sent to a cloud account or workspace.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share information with providers that support hosting, analytics, support or advertising when necessary to operate Boronda and under security and confidentiality obligations. AdMob may receive data needed to select, measure and limit ads. Authentication and remote synchronization are not currently active. We may also share information when required by a valid legal obligation.

5. Security and retention

We use reasonable security measures, including encryption in transit when data is transmitted between the app and our services. Because the current version has no account or remote synchronization, count records remain locally on the device until you delete them in the app or clear its data.

6. Your choices and deletion

You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing [email protected] with the subject “Delete Boronda data”. Include the account email if one exists. We will verify the request and delete applicable data except information we must retain by law.

7. Children

Boronda is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under that age.

8. Changes

We may update this policy when Boronda, its providers or applicable requirements change. The current version and update date will remain available on this page.
